ADCs: what are they, and how do they work?

This video explains with clear and captivating 3D animations how ADCs are designed to selectively target and deliver cytotoxic agents to tumor cells to provide specificity and potency. The video was done as part of the Omnichannel campaign "ADCevolution" in preparation to the launch of Datopotamab deruxtecan.
Dato-DXd is an investigational TROP2-directed ADC by Daiichi Sankyo and AstraZeneca to treat lung and breast Cancer. The MoA takes HCPs through the basics of being a new therapeutic approach with minimal side effects that can offer patients an alternative to chemo or immunotherapy.

My role in collaborating during the production of this explainer was to estimate the scope of work for the Creative team and collaborate with animation first during the project definition phase. In the script phase, along with the Animation Creative Director, I provided oversight and helped the team identify some opportunities to visualize the story better. During the design phase, I established the color palette and overall design direction, as the video was part of an overarching Program visual identity. Finally, I reviewed and commented during the review phase.
