This video for Novo Nordisk Canada includes a mix of live-action and 3D animation, and it was part of broader efforts to help people understand that Obesity is a chronic condition.

The goal? Tell a story in a friendly and engaging way and through unique characters: The Gate-Keeper, The Go-Getter and The Sleepy Executive. Initially, the plan was for a fully animated video, but Dr. David Macklin wanted to tell a more detailed story. I suggested combining footage and animation to stay within budget. We filmed the live-action portion in-house and collaborated with Hatch Studios for the 3D animation.
